Change Readiness Assessments

Change readiness emerges when workforce change fitness, change management capability, and engagement readiness align seamlessly. The Change Gym offers three proprietary assessments—IRVEY, MORA, and SERA—to measure and diagnose each of these critical dimensions.

IRVEY: Individual Change Fitness

IRVEY evaluates how well workers adapt to, embrace, and sustain change. It measures key attributes of change fitness By pinpointing strengths and gaps at the individual level, IRVEY helps leaders tailor development plans that boost personal readiness for transformation.

MORA: Management of Organisational Readiness

MORA assesses the effectiveness of an organisation’s change management practices. It examines leadership alignment, communication clarity, stakeholder involvement, and process rigor. The results highlight areas where governance, sponsorship, or rollout strategies need strengthening to ensure smoother transitions.

SERA: Stakeholder Engagement Readiness

SERA gauges overall engagement readiness. It captures how prepared the broader workforce is to participate in and support change initiatives. This aggregated view enables teams to anticipate resistance, mobilize advocates, and design targeted interventions that drive commitment.

These assessments work together to provide a holistic picture of readiness, guiding organizations through every stage of change, from individual mindsets to management systems to full stakeholder engagement.
